Cancellation Policy
To ensure a seamless experience for all participants, please review our booking policy for complimentary workshops: One Complimentary Workshop per Client: Each client is entitled to a single complimentary workshop. This policy ensures equitable access for all interested parties. Attendance Requirement: Attendance at the scheduled workshop is mandatory to qualify for the subsequent 25% discount on a full-length workshop. Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend the scheduled workshop, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Timely cancellations allow us to offer the slot to other interested clients. Rescheduling: Clients who provide at least 24 hours' notice may reschedule their complimentary workshop, subject to availability. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show, potentially affecting eligibility for the 25% discount. Discount Validity: The 25% discount on a full-length workshop is valid only if booked within seven days following the attended complimentary workshop. By adhering to this policy, we aim to provide a fair and efficient scheduling system that benefits all clients.
