Teachers learn the core concepts of generative AI, data privacy and protection, prompt engineering, and explore real use cases to save time and develop curriculum. It’s interactive, energizing, and packed with classroom-ready strategies that increase engagement and reduce teacher burnout. 🛠️ Two Follow-Up Training Sessions (60 minutes each; a $3,600 value) Based on a school-specific needs assessment, we design two personalized, high-impact sessions to dive deeper into your unique goals. Whether that’s curriculum alignment, accessibility for hesitant staff, or building student AI literacy, we meet your team where they are and move them forward, fast. 🎥 1 Custom Training Video per Month (10 total; a $2,000 value) Have a recurring staff need or a specific topic to reinforce? For an entire calendar year, we’ll create a tailored training video your team can revisit anytime. 🤝 1 Monthly Coaching Call (30 mins) For an entire calendar year, your admin or instructional team gets dedicated time with our coach to brainstorm, problem-solve, and plan next steps that keep AI integration strategic and sustainable. 💻 Access to our "Educator AI Essentials" Train-the-Trainer Online Course (up to 3 seats, a $900 value) Up to 3 of your instructional coaches or lead teachers will gain access to our online course that further equips educators to lead AI trainings and gatherings at their school. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our services. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, we have established the following booking policy. Please review the terms carefully. Payment Full Payment Requirement: To secure your booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation. We accept payments through the listed channels. In-Person Training Fee Policy To accommodate the additional time, travel, and logistics required for in-person training sessions, the following fees apply: In-State (Arizona) In-Person Training: An additional fee of $500 will be added to the total training cost. Out-of-State In-Person Training: An additional fee will apply based on location and travel requirements, with a minimum fee of $1,000. Final pricing will be determined upon request and confirmed during the booking process. All fees for in-person training will be added to the listed base cost. Cancellation Policy Cancellation Fee: If you wish to cancel your booking, a cancellation fee of $500 will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled booking date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 6 days of the booking date. Rescheduling Rescheduling Fee: Should you need to change the date of your booking, a rescheduling fee of $100 will be applied. Requests to change booking dates must be made at least 5 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Additional Information No Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled booking without prior notice, no refund will be issued. Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. Please review the confirmation details and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies. Changes by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to change or cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative date or a full refund.
